Job summary

JBS USA is recruiting a 2027 Live Operations Management Trainee to gain hands-on leadership experience across all production sectors at one of our domestic locations. The program includes rotations, live-ops shadowing, and a final placement in a leadership role.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree, ability to lift 50 lbs, willingness to relocate, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Compensation includes base salary with relocation support and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; minimum GPA not specified.
• Strong communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential.
• Willingness to relocate and work different shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across all production sectors to learn equipment, processes and materials.
• Support live operations team and shadow Hatchery and Broiler teams to understand daily activities.
• Complete a capstone project tied to KPIs and participate in Leadership Development sessions at corporate HQ.
