Job summary

Beginning in June 2027, this 24-month leadership development journey prepares future operations leaders through hands-on learning, structured rotations, mentorship, and targeted projects across key operations areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Bachelors completed within 24 months of start date.
• Willing to rotate across shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across key operational areas to build end-to-end understanding.
• Learn and apply safety, quality, sanitation, regulatory compliance standards.
• Assist with daily production planning and staffing in rotations.
• Develop leadership skills through mentoring and cohort activities.
• Lead defined operational tasks and communicate results to leaders.
