Job summary

Perdue Farms is launching the Operations Management Trainee (Pathways) program in Accomac, VA, starting June 2027. Over 24 months you will rotate through key operations areas, gain leadership experience, and prepare for a Production Supervisor role.

In year one you’ll learn production planning, safety, quality, and cross-functional collaboration, with mentorship and cohort activities. The program includes competitive pay, benefits, and a potential transition bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• For the June 2027 program, eligible graduation dates include: May 2025 - May 2027.
• Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well within a team setting, as well as independently.
