Job summary

Perdue Foods invites driven individuals to join the Operations Management Trainee program in Georgetown, Delaware. Beginning in June 2027, you will embark on a 24‑month leadership journey with hands‑on learning, structured rotations, mentorship, and development to prepare you for a future supervisor role.

You’ll rotate through primary operations areas, learn production planning and safety standards, and participate in leadership development sessions designed to accelerate your career in poultry

Qualifications

Requires minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred concentrations include Mechanical, Electrical, Reliability, Industrial Engineering or related fields.

Responsibilities

Participate in structured rotations across key operational areas to build end‑to‑end understanding of plant operations and business results.
Support daily operations and safety, quality, sanitation, regulatory compliance, and standard work while learning from experienced leaders.
Assist with continuous improvement projects to drive productivity, cost, and associate engagement.
