Job summary

Perdue Farms is seeking motivated individuals for the Operations Management Trainee program in Concord, NC. This 24-month leadership development track combines hands-on learning, structured rotations, mentorship, and projects to build the skills needed to lead high‑performing teams.

During Year 1 you rotate through core operations areas, then transition to a supervisor role in Year 2 with continued leadership development, career mapping, and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA not specified; candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree completed within the required window.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in a team or independently.
• Willingness to participate in a multi-year rotational leadership program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational program across key operational areas to build end-to-end plant knowledge.
• Support safety, quality, and production standards during rotations.
• Assist with coaching, onboarding, and performance conversations as development progresses.
• Lead defined operational activities and present results to leadership as you advance.
• Continue leadership development through cohort learning and mentorship.
