Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university completed within 24 months of the Pathways Program start date.

Responsibilities

• Structured rotations across engineering, operations, and support areas to build end-to-end understanding.
• Apply safety, quality, and environmental standards in daily activities.
• Develop project documentation and coordinate with cross-functional partners.
