Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university completed within 24 months of the Pathways Program start date.
• Preferred degree concentrations include Mechanical, Electrical, Reliability, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in 24‑month rotational program to gain end‑to‑end understanding of plant operations.
• Develop leadership capabilities through structured rotations, mentorship, and cohort activities.
• Progress toward a full‑time Production Supervisor role after the first 12 months.
