Job summary

QXO is launching an Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP), a one-year rotational experience designed to develop branch and operations leaders. Participants gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and access to an enterprise leadership network to contribute to regional initiatives.

Through rotations, learning modules, and capstone projects, participants will lead with autonomy, analyze inventory and workforce needs, and advance to supervisory roles upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant industry experience in distribution, operations, or leadership.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for leading people and improving processes.
• Flexibility and willingness to relocate or travel regionally for rotations.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational and strategic projects end to end, using data to identify trends and improve efficiency.
• Hire and onboard new team members to build a high-performing workforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on forecasting, staffing, service levels, and inventory health.
• Lead technology advancement and process improvements aligned with corporate initiatives.
