Job summary

QXO is offering the Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP), a one-year rotational experience aimed at developing future branch and operations leaders. Participants will engage in structured learning, hands-on experience, and mentorship, preparing them for roles such as Assistant Branch Manager.

The program includes operational projects, leadership modules, and opportunities to make key business decisions while working with a high-performing cohort in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Distribution, Construction Management, or related field OR 1-2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for leading people and improving processes.
• Flexibility and willingness to relocate or travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational and strategic projects end to end.
• Share insights and recommendations with regional and branch leaders.
• Hire and onboard new team members.
• Recommend process, workflow or resource changes.
• Work with cross-functional leaders to advance initiatives.
• Serve as a community engagement ambassador.
• Champion technology advancement and process flow changes.
