QXO is launching the Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP), a one-year rotational experience designed to develop future branch and operations leaders. Participants gain operational knowledge, leadership skills, and mentorship to progress into Assistant Branch Manager or Operations Manager roles upon completion.

They join a high-performing cohort, access an enterprise-wide leadership network, and contribute to regional initiatives supporting commercial and operational priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant industry experience in distribution, operations, or leadership.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate or travel regionally for rotations and future opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational projects end to end and use data to identify trends, root causes, and efficiency gains.
• Share insights with regional and branch leaders to influence decisions.
• Hire and onboard new team members to build a high-performing workforce.
• Recommend process, workflow or resource changes to move the business forward.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on forecasting, staffing, service levels, and inventory health.
• Act as a community engagement ambassador and strengthen local partnerships.
• Champion technology advancement and align with corporate initiatives.
