QXO's Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP) offers a one-year rotational experience to develop future branch and operations leaders. Participants gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to regional initiatives that support QXO's commercial and operational priorities.

The program emphasizes leadership, inventory analysis, and workforce enablement to prepare for roles like Assistant Branch Manager or Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of relevant industry experience in distribution, operations, or leadership.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate or travel regionally for rotational assignments and future leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational and strategic projects end to end, using data to identify trends and improve efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.
• Share insights with regional/branch leaders and help shape key business decisions.
• Hire and onboard new team members to build a strong, high-performing workforce.
• Recommend process or resource changes to move the business forward.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to advance forecasting, staffing, service levels, inventory health, and cost control.
• Serve as a community engagement ambassador and strengthen partnerships with local associations.
• Champion technology advancement and process improvements to align with corporate initiatives.
