Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for leading people and improving processes.
• Willingness to relocate or travel regionally for rotations and leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end operational and strategic projects using data to identify trends and improve efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.
• Share insights with regional and branch leaders to help shape real business decisions.
• Hire and onboard new team members to build a strong, high‑performing workforce.
• Recommend process or resource changes to move the business forward.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders on forecasting, staffing, service levels, and inventory health.
