Job summary

QXO is launching the Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP), a one-year rotational experience designed to develop future branch and operations leaders. Participants join a high-performing cohort, gain access to an enterprise-wide leadership network, and contribute directly to regional initiatives supporting QXO’s priorities.

During rotations, you'll lead modules, work on on-the-job projects, and build the foundations for regional decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR 1–2 years of relevant industry experience and interest in building a long-term career in distribution/operations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills for hands-on, fast-paced work.
• Collaborative mindset with passion for leading people and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational and strategic projects end to end, using data to identify trends and improve efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.
• Share insights with regional and branch leaders, prioritizing matters to shape real business decisions.
• Hire and onboard new team members to build a strong, high-performing workforce.
• Recommend process, workflow or resource changes to move the business forward.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on forecasting, staffing, service levels, inventory health, and cost control.
• Act as a community engagement ambassador and strengthen local partnerships.
• Champion technology advancement and process flow changes aligned with corporate initiatives.
