QXO is offering a one-year Emerging Leader Development Program (ELDP) designed to develop future branch and operations leaders. Through structured learning and mentorship, participants gain operational knowledge and leadership skills to make key branch decisions and progress into Assistant Branch Manager or Operations Manager roles upon completion.

Participants join a high-performing cohort, access an enterprise leadership network, and contribute to regional initiatives supporting QXO's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Distribution, Construction Management, or related field is required or 1-2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential for success.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for leading people and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive rotational program projects and support regional initiatives.
• Participate in on-the-job rotations and leadership projects.
• Contribute to inventory analysis, staffing, and service levels during rotations.
• Work with cross-functional leaders to advance key initiatives.
• Mentor and onboard new team members in the program.
• Build a foundation for future branch leadership roles.
