Carrier, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, offers the Operations Leadership Program (OLP). This three-year program provides three 12-month rotations across North Carolina, Indiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas and/or Florida, with relocation between rotations.

You will engage in lean initiatives, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration to build a strong operations foundation. The program emphasizes developing leadership, continuous improvement skills, and strategic

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 2+ years and max 3 years of related experience.
Graduate program enrollment with expected graduation in 2026–2027.
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship; GPA ≥ 3.0.

Responsibilities

Work across Carrier's dynamic global business units: Climate Solutions Transport, Climate Solutions Americas – Commercial, Climate Solutions Americas - Residential.
Lead the deployment of our continuous improvement operating system across factories; obtain Carrier Excellence Certificate.
Support global strategic sourcing and supplier development initiatives.
Learn core manufacturing concepts by applying lean principles.
Develop a cross-business network; receive mentoring from Operations Leaders; work with associates on engagement teams to improve the program.
