Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is offering an Operations Leadership Program (OLP) in the United States with three 12-month rotations across North Carolina, Indiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas and Florida. Associates will relocate between rotations and build a cross-functional network with mentoring from Operations Leaders.

Participants will gain hands-on experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and quality, while developing lean principles and Carrier Excellence practices to shape a future

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 2+ years of experience or Master’s Degree candidate with expected graduation Fall 2026/Spring 2027/Summer 2027.
• GPA must be ≥ 3.0.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must be geographically mobile and willing to relocate for rotations.

Responsibilities

• Engage in Carrier Operations Leadership Program (OLP) with three 12-month rotations in multiple states including NC, IN, GA, TN, TX and FL.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and develop cross-functional networks.
