Job summary

Carrier seeks candidates for its Operations Leadership Program (OLP), a three-year, rotation-based development path across global manufacturing and supply chain operations. Participants will rotate through 12-month assignments in NC, IN, GA, TN, TX and FL, relocating between rotations and applying lean principles to improve manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 2+ years to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, facilities management, or construction
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0
• Must be geographically mobile and willing to relocate for rotations

Responsibilities

• Leadership program is a three-year, 3 rotations of 12 months each
• Rotations located in North Carolina, Indiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas and/or Florida
• Associates will relocate between rotations
• Develop a well-rounded platform for a career in operations across business units
