Job summary

Carrier is seeking candidates for its Operations Leadership Program (OLP) in the United States. The program includes three 12-month rotations across North Carolina, Indiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, and Florida, with Associates required to relocate between rotations.

The role focuses on manufacturing, supply chain, and operations, with mentoring from Carrier Operations Leaders and opportunities to earn a Carrier Excellence Certificate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 2+ years and maximum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Facilities management, or Construction.
• Master’s Degree candidate currently enrolled in graduate program with Expected Graduation: Fall 2026, Spring 2027 or Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the deployment of our continuous improvement operating system across factories.
• Support global strategic sourcing and supplier development initiatives.
• Learn core manufacturing concepts by applying lean principles and cutting-edge technology.
• Develop a cross-functional network and receive mentoring from Operations Leaders.
