Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation invites high-potential graduates to join its Operations Leadership Program (OLP). The three-year program includes three 12-month rotations across North Carolina, Indiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas and Florida, with required relocations between rotations.

You will drive continuous improvement, lean initiatives and supplier development while building a cross-functional network and receiving mentorship from Operations Leaders to grow a career in manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or business with 2+ years to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, facilities management, or construction.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• GPA ≥ 3.0.
• Willing to relocate for rotations.
• Start Leadership Program in June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Lead three 12-month rotations across multiple sites.
• Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Engage and mentor Associates under leadership program.
