Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, ops management, or supply chain.
• Or a bachelor’s degree with equivalent work or military experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to relocate and travel during the program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotational program with exposure to operational, technical, and customer-facing functions.
• Support operation and performance of automated systems during rotations.
• Build knowledge across site operations, manufacturing, supply chain, installation, commissioning, and service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive safety, quality, productivity, and performance.
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and support corrective actions.
