Carrier Global Corporation is offering an Operations Leadership Program (OLP) to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and facilities management. The three-year program includes three 12-month rotations across multiple states, with required geographic relocation and development of lean, continuous improvement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 2+ to 3 years of related experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, facilities, or construction.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Geographically mobile and willing to relocate for rotations.
• Available to start the Leadership Program in June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of the continuous improvement operating system across factories and obtain the Carrier Excellence Certificate.
• Support global strategic sourcing and supplier development initiatives.
• Learn core manufacturing concepts through cutting-edge technology and lean principles.
• Develop a cross-business, cross-functional network to grow your career.
• Receive mentoring from Carrier Operations Leaders.
