Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 2+ years to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, facilities management, or construction.
• Master’s degree candidate currently enrolled with expected graduation Fall 2026, Spring 2027 or Summer 2027.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• GPA at least 3.0.
• Geographically mobile and willing to relocate for rotations.
• Available to start in June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Engage people and deploy initiatives using diverse skills to meet business challenges.
• Lead the deployment of the continuous improvement system across factories.
• Support global sourcing and supplier development initiatives.
• Learn core manufacturing concepts and lean principles.
• Develop a cross‑functional network and receive mentoring from operations leaders.
