Job summary

Tolmar’s Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is a two-year, immersive rotation-based program for recent graduates eager to build a career in manufacturing leadership. Participants gain hands-on exposure across Manufacturing, Engineering, MS&T, Operational Excellence, and Quality Systems.

The program challenges high-potential Associates to drive improvements, learn quickly, and contribute to safety, quality, and business performance, with a path toward operations leadership roles

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Internship/coop/leadership experiences encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose practical, actionable solutions.
• Support and implement process improvements and optimization in manufacturing and procedures.
• Participate in leadership training and stretch experiences across departments.
• Learn and support technical troubleshooting within Engineering and Maintenance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive safety, quality and efficiency improvements.
