Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation offers a three-year Operations Leadership Program with three 12-month rotations across multiple states, including Indiana. You will engage across Supply Chain, Quality, EH&S and Manufacturing, learning core manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement methods.

The program emphasizes mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, relocation between rotations, and a pathway to leadership roles in Carrier’s global business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, facilities management, or construction.
• Master’s degree candidate currently enrolled with expected graduation Fall 2026–Summer 2027.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Geographically mobile and willing to relocate for rotations.
• Start Leadership Program in June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Lead across three 12-month rotations in North Carolina, Indiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas and/or Florida.
• Support global strategic sourcing and supplier development initiatives.
• Apply lean principles and manufacturing concepts to develop a strong operations foundation.
• Receive mentoring from Carrier Operations Leaders and collaborate on engagement teams.
