Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks engineering graduates to join the Engineering Leadership Program (ELP). The program offers three eight-month rotations at Syracuse, Atlanta, Charlotte, Indianapolis, and Palm Beach Gardens, with hands-on assignments and leadership development.

Candidates will gain experience in model-based design, testing, and cross-functional collaboration, supported by mentorship from Carrier executives and alumni to build a strong global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0 GPA.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must be geographically mobile and willing to relocate for rotations.
• Graduate in 2026 or 2027 with an engineering degree and start Leadership Program in June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Work with global cross-disciplinary teams on model-based design, verification, and testing for HVAC/R packaging.
• Engage in hands-on assignments to stretch capabilities and accelerate professional development.
• Participate in mentoring and guidance from Carrier executives and program alumni.
• Develop leadership and technical skills in a professional, cross-functional environment.
