Job summary

Trane Technologies offers an Accelerated Development Program in Operations designed for recent graduates. Participants rotate through four six-month assignments across OpEx, Materials, Quality, and Plant Leadership while gaining exposure to senior leaders.

Expect relocation assistance for eligible moves; locations are selected to maximize learning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and to build leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Business with Supply Chain emphasis, or Supply Chain with GPA ≥3.0.
• Demonstrated leadership: two examples (club officer, team captain, resident advisor) or leadership of work projects.
• Internship or ~6 months related work experience.
• Willing to relocate and remain geographically flexible for rotations.

Responsibilities

• Four mandatory rotations of six months each: OpEx, Materials, Quality, Plant Leadership/Supervision.
• Rotations managed across US manufacturing plants with relocation support for moves over 50 miles.
• Develop lean, planning, and problem-solving skills to drive operations excellence.
