Givaudan Flavors is offering an Operations Leadership Program (OLP) for new graduates in the East Hanover, NJ area. The 18-24 month program blends structured learning with hands-on training and project management opportunities across multiple rotations to build strong technical and leadership foundations.

Associates will rotate through Production, Quality Control, and other critical functions, with an international rotation and relocation required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Relevant internship or co-op experience highly preferred.
• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting preferred.

Aufgaben

• OLP associates will complete an 18-24 month program with structured learning and on-the-job training.
• Rotations across Production, Quality Control, Warehouse/Distribution, Production Planning & Scheduling, Plant Maintenance, and more.
• Develop leadership and project management skills for a people-oriented production environment.
• Must be willing to relocate for assignments at other Givaudan sites and participate in an international rotation.
