Job summary

Target offers an Operations Internship in a supply chain facility with a paid 40 hr./week training program designed to develop future leaders. As an Operations Intern, you will lead and support daily operations, work with mentors, and gain exposure to multiple business areas while focusing on safety and productivity.

You will learn to problem-solve, motivate a team, and participate in shift planning, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the internship experience.
