Target's Supply Chain Operations Internship offers hands-on experience leading a team within a Target facility. This paid 40 hr./week program develops operations leadership and provides exposure to daily management, safety, and productivity goals.

You will work alongside mentors and managers, learning how to plan, execute, and improve daily operations while ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with safety standards. This internship emphasizes growth and real-world leadership.
