Target is seeking an Operations Intern to lead a team within a Target Supply Chain Facility. This internship is a paid 40 hr./week, hands-on training program to develop and prepare for your operations leadership.

As an Operations Intern, you’ll gain a realistic job preview into life as an Operations Manager over a defined period of time. You’ll learn to lead, motivate and influence a team, including the opportunity to lead a department.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership through school or extracurricular activities.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations to lead teams in a distribution center setting.
• Support department planning and shift coverage to meet targets.
• Participate in internship rotations to learn Target leadership expectations.
