Job summary

Target offers a paid 40 hr/week Operations Internship designed to develop and prepare you for an operations leadership role within our Supply Chain Facility. You’ll work alongside managers and teammates to learn how daily operations are executed, while gaining practical experience in problem solving, coaching, and process improvement.

You will be mentored by leaders, receive extensive training, and have opportunities to lead within your rotation.

Qualifications

• Paid 40 hr/week Operations Internship training to develop and prepare for a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily operations with mentors and team members.
• Learn to problem solve, lead and motivate a team, conduct real-time observations.
• Drive results while ensuring safety and productivity in a Target supply chain facility.
• Participate in internship rotations and development conversations with mentors and managers.
• Communicate and coach team members on audit observations and feedback.
