Job summary

Target's Supply Chain Operations Internship offers hands-on leadership experience in a fast-paced distribution environment. As an Operations Intern, you will work with managers and teammates to develop and execute daily priorities, learn problem-solving and coaching skills, and gain exposure to real operations challenges.

You will spend your days on the floor, participate in daily planning, mentor teammates, and support safety, quality, and productivity initiatives while rotating through key

Qualifications

• Paid 40 hr/week internship in a supply chain environment.
• Experience leading a team within a distribution facility is a plus.
• Knowledge of retail business fundamentals is helpful.
• Experience planning daily/weekly workloads to meet priorities.

Responsibilities

• Help lead the floor and align the team to daily priorities.
• Assist in daily planning and shift organization.
• Maintain quality and inventory accuracy with standard processes.
• Track KPIs such as safety, quality, and productivity.
• Conduct safety walks and audits.
• Mentor team members and develop leadership skills.
