Target is offering a paid Operations Internship designed to develop future leaders in our supply chain facilities. This 40 hr/week program provides hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities to lead a team while learning daily operations, safety, and continuous improvement practices.

You will work closely with mentors and managers to gain exposure across departments, build leadership capabilities, and contribute to achieving production goals in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Paid 40 hr./week, hands-on training program to develop and prepare for operations leadership.
• Experience leading a team within a Target Supply Chain Facility is desired.
• Learn and apply CI methodologies and lean tools to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily operations with your team.
• Assist in planning shift goals and workload to meet targets.
• Participate in safe, efficient, and compliant operations within the facility.
• Collaborate with mentors and managers to develop leadership skills.
• Conduct regular audits and coaching to improve performance.
