Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for an Operations Leader Trainee as part of its Career Development Program. The 12–18 month program offers on-the-job training, job shadowing, and leadership development to accelerate your career within our North American distribution network.

You will rotate through branch operations, customer service, and management, with dedicated mentors and a capstone project presented to leadership. Strong communication and a proactive, results-driven attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong operations focus with the ability to partner with customers to develop value-added solutions.
• Excellent communication with team members and customers.
• Willing to relocate upon program completion.
• Able to start the program between March and June.

Responsibilities

• Participates in rotational assignments across branch business with on-the-job training.
• Receives inclusive career experience with dedicated resources for long-term growth.
• Undergoes a tailored learning curriculum with leadership and operations training.
