Job summary

White Cap is recruiting for an Operations Leader Trainee to join our Career Development Program. The role offers on-the-job training, job shadowing, and leadership development over a 12-18 month period, with the chance to rotate through various branch operations.

You’ll work on building skills from warehouse operations to customer service and management, supported by a Regional Advocate, mentor, and coaches to ensure your long-term success at White Cap.

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate upon completing the program.
• Able to start the program between March and June.
• Driven to succeed with an energetic, professional, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Strong operations focus, including the ability to partner with customers to develop value-added solutions and experience leading or building a team.
• Strong communication skills and experience conversing with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Rotational assignments across branch operations to learn systems and processes.
• Participate in a tailored learning curriculum with leadership development sessions and operations training.
• Receive mentorship and coaching to support a successful long-term career path at White Cap.
• Present a capstone project to White Cap leadership to demonstrate learning and impact.
