Job summary

White Cap is hiring an Operations Leader Trainee in its Career Development Program, a 12–18 month on-the-job training track. You’ll rotate through branch operations, shadow leaders, and work with a manager to build skills in warehouse operations, customer service, and management.

This role offers structured learning and real-world leadership exposure. Selected candidates will participate in a tailored curriculum with mentorship, operations training, and a culminating capstone project presented

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate upon completing the program.
• Able to start the program between March and June.
• Driven to succeed with an energetic, professional, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Strong operations focus and ability to partner with customers to develop value-added solutions.
• Strong communication skills and experience conversing with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage in rotational assignments across branch operations with on-the-job training.
• Learn business systems, processes and company culture.
• Participate in leadership development sessions and operations training.
• Present a capstone project to White Cap leadership.
