Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for an Operations Leader Trainee as part of its Career Development Program. The role offers on-the-job training, job shadowing, and leadership development over a 12-18 month period, with exposure to the warehouse, customer service, and management tracks.

Participants engage in a tailored learning curriculum with mentors, resources, and a capstone project to showcase their progress to White Cap leadership.

Qualifications

• Relocation willing after program.
• Program start between March and June.
• Energetic, professional and goal-oriented attitude.
• Ability to lead or build a team.
• Strong communication with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Experiences rotational assignments across branch operations with on-the-job training.
• Receives an inclusive career experience with dedicated support for long-term growth.
• Participates in a tailored curriculum including leadership, operations and systems training.
• Completes a capstone project presented to White Cap leadership.
