White Cap is hiring immediately for an Operations Leader Trainee as part of our Career Development Program. You will engage in on-the-job training, job shadowing, leadership development, and partner with your manager to accelerate your career through a 12–18 month program.

Throughout the program you’ll learn everything from the warehouse to customer service, management, and beyond, with exposure to senior leadership and a capstone project.

Qualifications

• Strong operations focus with ability to partner with customers to develop value-added solutions.
• Strong communication skills with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Rotational assignments across branch business with on-the-job training.
