White Cap is hiring immediately for an Operations Leader Trainee in its Career Development Program in the United States. You will participate in on-the-job training, job shadowing, leadership development, and collaborate with your manager to progress through a 12–18 month program that covers warehouse operations, customer service, and management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate upon completing the program.
• Able to start the program between March and June.
• Driven to succeed with an energetic, professional, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Strong operations focus, including the ability to partner with customers to develop value-added solutions and experience leading or building a team.
• Strong communication skills and experience conversing with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Experiences rotational assignments in various segments of the branch business with on-the-job training to learn business systems and processes, as well as company culture.

• Participates in a tailored learning curriculum with leadership development sessions, operations training, and systems training focused on developing future operations leaders for opportunities that best match your interests, skills and abilities.
