Job summary

White Cap is seeking an Operations Leader Trainee to join its Career Development Program. This role offers on-the-job training, leadership development, and mentorship across branch operations to build skills for future leadership positions.

Participants will learn warehousing, customer service, and operations, with a structured curriculum and exposure to senior leadership through capstone projects. Relocation is expected and March–June start windows are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong operations focus and the ability to partner with customers to develop value-added solutions.
• Excellent communication with team members and customers.
• Experience leading or building a team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across branch business to learn systems and processes.
• Engage in on-the-job training and leadership development.
• Support senior leadership and contribute to capstone projects to showcase learning.
