White Cap seeks an ambitious Operations Leader Trainee to join a 12–18 month Career Development Program designed to build future leaders. You will rotate through branch operations, shadow leaders, and engage in leadership development while learning systems and processes central to the business.

The program offers on‑the‑job training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership, with a path to long‑term opportunities within a growing national distributor. On‑site work is required in Illinois.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to relocate after program.
• Eligible to start between March and June.
• Energetic, professional and goal‑oriented attitude.
• Strong operations focus with customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience leading or building a team and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in rotational assignments across branch operations with on‑the‑job training.
• Participate in a tailored learning curriculum with leadership development and systems training.
• Work with mentors and coaches to develop future operations leaders.
• Collaborate with customers to develop value‑added solutions and learn company processes.
