White Cap is hiring immediately for an Operations Leader Trainee in its Career Development Program, a 12–18 month on-the-job training track with job shadowing and leadership development to accelerate your career. You’ll rotate through branch operations from warehouse to customer service and beyond, receive dedicated mentors, and present a capstone project to leadership.
