Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for an Operations Leader Trainee in a 12–18 month Career Development Program. The program includes on-the-job training, job shadowing, and leadership development, with rotations through branch operations and customer service.

Relocation may be required, and the start window is March to June. You will work on-site in a dynamic environment, gaining experience from warehouse basics to management and systems training, with a strong emphasis on growing into leadership

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate upon completing the program.

Responsibilities

• Rotational assignments across branch business with on-the-job training to learn business systems and processes.
• Includes a tailored learning curriculum with leadership development sessions, operations training, and systems training.
