Job summary

Rentokil is seeking a leader to oversee technician recruiting, training, coaching, and accountability to maximize technician success and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on staffing, performance reviews, and maintaining high service quality across branches.

You will drive safety, regulatory compliance, and inventory control while supporting a rotating on-call schedule and extended hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Able to identify practical solutions to problems.
• Able to lead and motivate others effectively.
• Good aptitude for basic/intermediate math for sales/service calculations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Capable of building rapport and trust with customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing technician training, coaching, development, and accountability to maximize success and retention.
• Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians to maintain staffing levels.
• Review and evaluate ongoing technician performance via ride-alongs and audits.
• Respond diligently and compassionately to customer concerns and improve service quality.
• Ensure overall service quality to maximize customer retention.
• Fill in periodically on customer appointments to cover staffing gaps.
• Monitor branch scheduling to ensure timely and efficient customer appointments.
• Ensure safety standards are met and operations comply with regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels of pest/termite control and home services products.
