Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a leader to oversee technician recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, development, and accountability to maximize technician success and retention.

The role ensures service quality to boost customer retention and may require stepping in for staffing gaps as needed. You will monitor scheduling, safety standards, and regulatory compliance while supporting growth and performance across the branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing technician training, coaching, development, and accountability to maximize success and retention.
• Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians to maintain staffing levels.
• Evaluate technician performance via ride-alongs and audits and respond to customer concerns.
• Ensure service quality to maximize customer retention and fill staffing gaps as needed.
• Monitor branch scheduling for efficient customer appointments and maintain safety standards.
