Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks a dedicated leader to oversee technician recruiting, training, and performance. You will coach staff, manage staffing levels for residential and commercial pest services, and ensure high-quality service and strong customer retention across branches.

You will monitor schedules, enforce safety standards, and maintain product inventories while driving continuous improvement and staff development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing technician training, coaching, development, and regular cadence of accountability to maximize technician success and retention.
• Recruit/hire residential/commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians to maintain staffing levels.
• Review and evaluate ongoing technician performance (ride-alongs, audits).
• Respond diligently and compassionately to customer concerns; ensure service quality and customer retention.
• Fill in periodically on customer appointments to cover staffing gaps.
• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure appointments are completed efficiently.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance; manage inventory of pest control products.
