Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a role focused on overseeing technician recruiting, training, coaching, and accountability to maximize staff success and service quality. You will ensure staffing levels, performance reviews, and customer satisfaction across branches.

Travel up to 100% within assigned territories may be required as part of coverage, coaching, and audits. This position emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and retention in a fast-paced pest control environment.

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving and practical solutions.
• Ability to lead and motivate others.
• Aptitude for basic/intermediate math for sales/service calculations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technician training, coaching, development, and accountability cadence to maximize retention.
• Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians.
• Review and evaluate technician performance via ride-alongs and audits.
• Respond to customer concerns diligently and compassionately.
• Ensure overall service quality to maximize customer retention.
• Fill in on customer appointments to cover staffing gaps.
• Monitor branch scheduling to ensure timely appointments.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Track inventory of pest/home services products.
