Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee technician recruiting, training, coaching, and accountability across branches. You will drive staffing, performance audits, and customer satisfaction while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing technician training, coaching, development, and cadence of accountability.
• Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians to maintain staffing levels.
• Review and evaluate technician performance via ride-alongs and audits.
• Respond diligently to customer concerns and ensure service quality.
• Fill in during staffing gaps to close appointments and maximize coverage.
• Monitor branch scheduling for efficiency and timely customer appointments.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Maintain inventory of pest/termite control products.
