Qualifications

• Understanding of P&L, cash controls, and labor analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff and supervisors to promote efficiency and high morale, while complying with employment regulations.
• Ensure diner operations meet safety and regulatory standards and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Develop, plan and implement Local Store Marketing initiatives.
