Qualifications

• ServSafe certified required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate planning, organizing, training and leadership with the GM.
• Lead the shift as GM in their absence.
• Interview, hire and train team members with GM approval.
• Monitor and control food quality, service speed and guest experience.
• Develop labor schedules and manage staffing levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and company standards.
